WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept - PayPal - ApplePay - and the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE STORE? CAN I PAY IN ANOTHER CURRENCY?

We'll automatically display prices in your local currency on the product pages and on the order summary page. All customers are billed in US Dollar and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). We have no control over these rates and does not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we are proud to offer Free Delivery in Australia only on orders.We have endeavoured to offer competitive rates elsewhere as listed at checkout.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 12 to 21 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.we do not refund or exchange for change of mind,  goods must not be opened used or other as there are are personal hygiene regulations.opened goods will not be accepted nor refunded an must be within the allowed cancellation period, with a return con note number authorisation from our Customer Service Department must accompany all goods returned without this no refund will be issued.

CAN I CANCEL AND ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately after this time, we are unable to cancel your order once as it has been processed and/or shipped.
